Declaration of accessibility

Slovak Environment Agency is interested in ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technology in Public Administration and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "ITVS Act") and the relevant implementing regulations.

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.sazp.sk.

Compliance status

This website is in partial compliance with the Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technology in Public Administration and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts with respect to the elements of non-compliance listed below.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • Non-compliance with accessibility rules according to § 14 of the decree on standards for ITVS:
  • Some decorative images do not have empty alt text.

  • Some headings are not created using HTML heading tags. Some headings do not have the correct hierarchy created. Some tables do not have a defined semantic header.   • Some parts of the text in the English language do not have the English language defined in the code. [Success criterion 3.1.2 Language of individual parts] 
  • The hyperlink and title are not consistently identified on the web page. [Success criterion 3.2.4 Consistent identification]
  • Mandatory input fields in the form are not supplemented with an explanation regarding the way of marking mandatory fields. [Success Criterion 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions]
