Slovak Environment Agency is interested in ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technology in Public Administration and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "ITVS Act") and the relevant implementing regulations.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.sazp.sk.

This website is in partial compliance with the Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technology in Public Administration and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts with respect to the elements of non-compliance listed below.
Inaccessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- Non-compliance with accessibility rules according to § 14 of the decree on standards for ITVS:
- Some decorative images do not have empty alt text.
